Stephen was amazing at helping us think through what was important to us in a house. His own background in construction was especially useful in comparing the quality of homes and giving ideas for possible renovation. I first contacted Stephen over the Internet when we decided we wanted to move to the Boise area. He sent me listings daily and paid attention to what we liked and were looking for. We came to Boise to look at some of those houses and on the third day Stephen took us to the perfect house and we immediately decided to purchase it. We had to leave the next day so he took care of getting us cleared for a mortgage and negotiated the terms. Our house sold in 4 days with a 20-day escrow so we were unable to come back to Meridian before the move. My wife found Stephen, online in the winter of 2020. We were out-of-state buyers and he was very informative and flexible. When we finally made our way to visit Boise, he was very knowledgeable about the area including schools and possible good rental markets.
