We had the very good fortune to meet Stephen on a walk-through of a new construction home and ended up hiring him to represent us with the purchase of our home. Moving from Portland to Idaho we really didn’t know the area very well. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable. My wife found Stephen, online in the winter of 2020. We were out-of-state buyers and he was very informative and flexible. When we finally made our way to visit Boise, he was very knowledgeable about the area including schools and possible good rental markets. He took his time to show us some lots and homes during our short visit. My only regret is we did not use him because we bought an off-market listing from a friend.
