Stephen is an incredible real estate agent! He knows the Boise Metro area very well and guided us in determining where we wanted to live (type of neighborhood, commute, etc). Stephen was amazing at helping us think through what was important to us in a house. His own background in construction was especially useful in comparing the quality of homes and giving ideas for possible renovation. He found lots of great options on the market for us to consider and went the extra mile for us. I recommend Stephen to the max!

We had the very good fortune to meet Stephen on a walk-through of a new construction home and ended up hiring him to represent us with the purchase of our home. Moving from Portland to Idaho we really didn’t know the area very well. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable. I first contacted Stephen over the Internet when we decided we wanted to move to the Boise area. He sent me listings daily and paid attention to what we liked and were looking for. We came to Boise to look at some of those houses and on the third day Stephen took us to the perfect house and we immediately decided to purchase it. We had to leave the next day so he took care of getting us cleared for a mortgage and negotiated the terms. Our house sold in 4 days with a 20-day escrow so we were unable to come back to Meridian before the move. Stephen went above and beyond for us arranging shudders, additional outlet installation, change in flooring, etc...

We met Stephen through the internet as we were relocating from outside of Idaho. My wife found Stephen, online in the winter of 2020. We were out-of-state buyers and he was very informative and flexible. When we finally made our way to visit Boise, he was very knowledgeable about the area including schools and possible good rental markets. He took his time to show us some lots and homes during our short visit. My only regret is we did not use him because we bought an off-market listing from a friend. I plan to buy an investment property in the near future and will definitely be reaching back out.
